Privacy Policy
Information we collect
VaultFlow may collect account profile data, onboarding answers, financial information you enter, authorized connected-account data, uploaded document metadata, support messages, and activity needed to operate and secure the service. VaultFlow does not ask users to type bank or brokerage passwords into VaultFlow.
How information is used
Information is used to provide dashboards, calculations, reports, AI explanations, account connections, billing, support, fraud prevention, and security. VaultFlow does not sell personal information.
Connected services
When a user grants permission, VaultFlow may receive data from providers such as Plaid, Stripe, or Alpaca. Access is limited to the permissions the user authorizes and remains subject to each provider's terms and privacy practices.
Security and retention
Sensitive connection tokens are kept on the server and protected with authenticated encryption. VaultFlow retains information only as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and protect users.
Early-access waitlist
When you join the waitlist VaultFlow stores your email address and, if you give them, your first name, main interest, the plan you are interested in and your survey answers, along with how you found the page (campaign tags or the referring site) and a one-way fingerprint of your connection used only to stop spam and self-referrals. VaultFlow emails you about your own access. Product updates and announcements are sent only if you ticked the box for them, and every such email has an unsubscribe link. The waitlist never asks for bank or card details.
Cookies and advertising measurement
The landing page can use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok measurement tags to count visits and sign-ups from advertising. These tags load only after you accept them in the cookie notice, and they never receive your email address or financial information. VaultFlow also keeps its own anonymous daily counts of page visits and sign-ups by traffic source.
Your choices
Users may disconnect supported providers and request access to or deletion of eligible VaultFlow data through the service's privacy controls or by contacting support.
