VaultFlow is a personal financial management platform providing allocation tools, investment tracking, and financial planning. VaultFlow is not a registered investment advisor or financial institution. All content is for informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
3. Not Financial Advice
All tools and recommendations are informational only. Past performance does not indicate future results. All financial decisions are solely your responsibility. Stock trading and real estate investing involve significant risk of loss.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancel anytime — access continues through the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
6. Third Party Integrations
VaultFlow integrates with Plaid, Alpaca, and Stripe. Your use of these is subject to their respective terms. VaultFlow is not responsible for third-party actions or policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
VaultFlow and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses resulting from use of the Service.

We collect your email, name, and financial profile data you enter. If you connect a bank via Plaid, we receive read-only transaction and balance data. We do not store your bank credentials. We also collect usage data automatically.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide the Service, send allocation reports and alerts, process payments, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored securely via Supabase with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use SSL/TLS for all transmission. No method is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Third Party Services
We use Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Plaid (bank connections), Alpaca (trading), and FormSubmit (email). Each has their own privacy policies.
5. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time via dashboard settings. California residents have CCPA rights. EU residents have GDPR rights. Contact us to exercise these rights.
