AI answers, tax estimates, market signals, projections, and calculators are informational tools only. They are not legal, tax, investment, lending, or financial advice, and results are never guaranteed.

3. Partner Integrations

Bank data, billing, trading, transfer, and future capital products may be powered by third-party partners. Real transfers, trades, loans, advisory services, or banking features require proper approvals and separate provider terms.

4. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancel anytime; access continues through end of billing period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

5. Liability

VaultFlow shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service. Users remain responsible for verifying all numbers and decisions.

We collect account profile data, financial numbers users enter, connected-account metadata, uploaded document metadata, and app activity needed to provide the Service. We do not ask users to type bank passwords into VaultFlow.

We use data to provide dashboards, reports, AI coaching, account linking, support, security, and billing. We do not sell personal information.

3. Security

VaultFlow uses backend environment variables for secrets, signed URL scaffolding for secure vault uploads, and partner APIs for sensitive financial connections. Production launch requires final security review.

4. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their VaultFlow profile and stored app data by contacting support. Production accounts should include an in-app deletion flow before broad public launch.
